PRIVATE DAY, SUNSET OR FULL DAY SAILING CRUISE

Regarding cancellations or additional changes SANTOSAILS require notification by email to reservations@santosails.com

  • Cancellations within 72 hours prior embarkation, no charge appears, 100% refund of the total amount takes place.
  • Any changes which will be placed within 72 hours prior to embarkation are subject to availability and will be not charged with any extra fees. In case of no availability, a full refund will take place.
  • Cancellations or any changes within less than 71 hours prior to embarkation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • By special offers, full-day, island hopping or charters sailing cruises appears 30-50% of the total amount as non-refundable deposit charge. 

ISLAND HOPPING 

All island hopping reservations require the guest’s signature on the reservation form as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

RESERVATION

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of the reservation to secure and confirm the date.

PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE

  • The balance due as per the reservation form confirmation/invoice must be paid 60 days prior to the embarkation date. 
  • For reservations made within 60 days prior to the embarkation date, the guest will be required to pay the full amount of the confirmation at the time of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any cancellations received 60 days or more prior to the embarkation date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount of the confirmed reservation (non-refundable deposit).
  • Any cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the embarkation date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, full payment of the total amount.
  • All cancellations must be sent to SANTOSAILS in writing by email to reservations@santosails.com

CHARTERS – OVERNIGHT STAYS

All charters & overnight stays reservations require guest’s signature in the Charter Agreement form as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

RESERVATION

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the charter fee will be charged on the day of the reservation to secure and confirm the dates.

MINIMUM STAY

The minimum charter & overnight stays are 3 consecutive nights.

APA, ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an advance payment required to be made to fund boarding costs and is 30 % of the sailing charter fee used to cover the costs of yacht preparation, requested supplies, port, mooring, and other legal charges and fees, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depends on guest particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc.
In case APA is not entirely used at the end of the sailing charter, the remaining part is returned to the guest chartering the yacht. In case the spending exceeds the APA, guests will be asked to pay the additional part at the end of the sailing charter.
